Biography

S.W.A.T. Educational Institute is a nonprofit, tax-exempt organization established in 2005, and based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex area. Through the programs offered at S.W.A.T. Educational Institute, we have changed many lives as well as helped youths and adults to overcome life’s challenges.


The S.W.A.T. team is trained to deal with situations of unusual behavior. We are called upon to pray and intercede on their behalf. We encourage, uplift, and build their faith in times of crisis. S.W.A.T. cares about every area of life. We believe in empowering our adults and youths out of a dark place in their lives through our programs.


We serve communities through local organizations, youth groups, school districts, and churches by utilizing our own training through our curriculum for assisting the youth and adult alike. Additionally, we provide high-quality structure programs that benefit all residents in our city.

Founder/CEO

Brenda Williams is a motivational coach, dynamic speaker, teacher, workshop facilitator, and conference host. Her mission is to share the Good News and equip with knowledge and understanding that lead to victorious living.


Brenda is the founder and organizer of the S.W.A.T. Educational Institute. It is through programs offered here where youth glean the opportunity to enroll in educational studies and practical hands-on training in Becoming a "Better You" 

Founder/CEO

Brenda loves people and has a passion for teaching. She has trained countless individuals across the United States in the art of overcoming life challenges. She resides in Dallas, Texas and has an adult son, Brandon Williams. Brenda attends The Oaks Fellowship Church, where she is actively working with new members, serves with the baptism team, and regularly facilitates small group meetings.


Brenda earned her Associate Degree in Theology from Slidell Baptist Seminary in Slidell, Louisiana in 2005. She continued her education and obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Sociology in 2014 from the Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. She then obtained her Master’s Degree in Leadership in 2019 at the Colangelo College of Business at Grand Canyon University.
